Growing Up

I had a weird mom moment today. I was trying to get everyone ready for some last minute school shopping. As I was getting myself ready, Sami came in, pulled her hair back and did her new facial wash and moisturizer that we just got for her. Then we were standing there together chatting as we were each doing our own hair. She put her hair up in a ponytail with a little headband and it looked so cute -- and just as good as when I do it. It was so weird. When did all this grown-up stuff happen? I guess this is what is means when people say "it goes so fast."
